fall & winter maintenance
programming

The fall and winter maintenance program is designed for swimmers to maintain their fitness while still working on skills and endurance during the "off-season".   Swimmers will receive 2 coached hours per week of pool time, as per the guidelines stated by Swim NS for Summer Swimmers.

THE FOLLOWING PROGRAMMING IS DESIGNED FOR THOSE WITH COMPETIVE SWIMMING EXPERIENCE.   IF NEW TO THE SPORT, PLEASE SEE OUR INTRODUCTION TO COMPETITIVE SWIMMING PAGE.

FALL PROGRAMMING


TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 8TH, 2026 - DECEMBER 20TH, 2026
COST:  $375 Registration Fee + $120 SNS Fee = $495.00


WINTER PROGRAMMING

MONDAY, JANUARY 4TH, 2027 - MAY 16TH, 2027
COST:  $450 Registration Fee + $120 SNS Fee*** = $570.00

***SNS Fee is only for new athletes that did not attend the Fall Program
