Everyone who was not able to attend the Fitness Challenge is asked to meet us on WEDNESDAY MAY 8 at 6:00 pm at the CHP Track.

We will complete the run and as many of the outstanding items as we can before the 7:30 Triathlon practice.

Athletes who have yet to complete their 30 minute swim will have the opportunity to complete this at 7:30 on Wednesday.

We need the information from the Fitness Assessments to complete training group assignments.
