Spark Splice Crossback (red/black) $85.00 plus HST
Spark Splice Jammer (red/black) $60.00 plus HST
ALL ORDERS ARE DUE: MAY 29, 2022 (there could be up to a 6 week turn around for product so we want to be able to have them in time for the first meets!) Please email the completed form to Susan at chhteamclothing@gmail.com. Mulitple family members can be on the same form. PAYMENT NOT DUE UNTIL TIME OF PICK-UP as we won't know until all the forms are in, if we'll be able to place a personalized cap order. Proof of e-transfer will be needed in order to pick up swim wear. Payment to be made by etransfer: chh.etransfer@gmail.com. Please include in the comment section the family name and that this payment is for swimsuit/cap orders.
