Swim NS Members,
Swim Nova Scotia will be running our second open water event of the season Thursday August 8 (rain or shine) at Long Lake in Halifax (staging area located at 75 Old Sambro Rd)

Registration closes on Tuesday August 6th (no on-site registration) at 5:00pm Atlantic Standard Time.
Race start times:
~6:00pm 5km Start;
~6:05pm 3km Start;
~6:10pm 1km Start
Check-In: 5:15-5:40pm
Safety Briefing: 5:45pm
Race Distances: 1km (All Ages), 3km (13 & Over) and 5km swims (13 & Over)
