Just a reminder, if a swimmer does not attend the WARM-UPS they will be scratched from the meet and will not be able to swim.

Swim Nova Scotia will only be accepting qualified athletes to swim at St. Margaret’s Bay on Thursday, depending on number of athletes attending the meet. An email will come out if this becomes an option.
UPDATE: After reviewing the timeline for the meet, SNS has decided to open up entries to the meet for swimmers who are qualified for Provincials but who have no time in the event they wish to swim.
All entries must be submitted to Coach Ellen TONIGHT, August 1st, by 8pm!!!!

St. Margaret’s Bay Meet is open to ALL PARTICIPATION swimmers and offered to those Age-Group swimmers who have not yet met their age group's specific qualifying criteria. Athletes attending this meet can choose their 3 events, and need to include the qualifying event(s) they have not made yet. Please see the Order of Events in the meet package, for event options, and email your 3 event choices to Ellen by 4:00 pm tomorrow, Tuesday, July 30th. chh.headcoach@gmail.com
