Adults are back in the water on November 7th!
Once again there will be 2 options for Adult swimmers/triathletes:
Option 1--> Thursdays only 1 coached practice per week
Option 2--> Thursday plus OYO: 1 coached practice per week plus available OYO lanes on Saturday.
