We encourage all families to attend the summer information session this weekend:

Extremley informative for the new families who joined us over the fall and winter maintenance period and who have never yet experienced a summer season!

The sooner the registrations come in, the sooner we will be able to make up our training schedules and get them out to the families. The summer season will launch on Monday, May 29th. For the month of June we will have the same lane times as we have had all winter:
Mondays, Wednesday, Thursdays 7:30-8:30pm
Fridays 6:15am-7:30am
Saturdays 5pm-7pm and Sundays 1pm-2pm
Land training will be introduced, and swimming training times will be increased for swimmers. Then for July/August training will switch down to:
Monday-Fridays mornings between 6:15am-12pm (training times will depend on the training group). The swim meets will be on the weekends and they start the weekend of July 15/16.
MEET SCHEDULE
Our summer concludes on August 20th after our 3-day Provincial weekend from the 18th-20th at the Waegwolic Club in Halifax!
