SWIM MEET INTENTIONS

SUMMER SWIM MEET INTENTIONS
Due by July 4th, 2024

In order to help the coaches keep organized for the summer season, please fill out this intentions form by July 4th.  This way they will know who will be attending the meets.  If you are unsure if your athlete(s) will be attending a meet put in YES.  Once the form has been submitted, it cannot be changed.  If you decide to either attend a meet after you've said NO or if you decide you won't be attending after you said YES - please email by SUNDAY AM of the week of the meet so that the coaches can make the necessary changes to their entries before submitting to Swim NS. (Reminder to our Crusaders Swimmers - unfortunately Winter swimmers are unable to compete in the summer swim meets so you will not need to fill out the intentions form).
